The Oak Hill Public Works Department is dedicated to providing exceptional service to our community. We respond promptly to citizen concerns, protect the environment, and ensure the City’s infrastructure and public spaces meet the highest standard.
Travis Allen – Public Works Director
Travis Allen is a lifelong, generational resident of Oak Hill, Florida. His roots in the area run deep, his mother’s family lived on Vann Island in the Mosquito Lagoon, and she spent much of her childhood on Snyder’s Hill, now known as Seminole Rest. On his father’s side, Travis is proud to be part of the Alderman family, another long-standing and respected family in the community.
Travis has a deep love for Oak Hill and its residents, and he takes great pride in maintaining the City’s facilities and infrastructure to ensure the town looks its best. His goal is to help make residents proud to call Oak Hill home and to preserve the charm and beauty of this special community.
Outside of work, Travis enjoys spending time outdoors, particularly hunting and fishing. He loves living on the coast and taking full advantage of all the recreational activities the area offers. Travis feels truly blessed to live and work in Oak Hill, serving the people who make it such a wonderful place to call home.
